Why we exist

Every business reaches a moment when its ownership must be decided. A founder steps back. A family weighs succession. A group concludes that a division would do better under different ownership. A management team needs a partner who will still be there in ten years.

Too often, the capital on offer comes with a deadline. It arrives already planning its departure, and builds for the next buyer instead of the next generation of customers.

We started ARQOVIA to offer something older and rarer: patient ownership, funded by our own capital and answerable to no exit timetable. ARQOVIA is independent and privately owned. We belong to no group, network or organisation, and answer only to our own judgement. We buy to keep. We invest to stay. We measure success by what a business becomes in a decade, not by what it fetches at a sale.

ARQOVIA HOLDINGS LTD was incorporated in England and Wales on 7 September 2026. We are new, and we say so plainly. We would rather be judged by how we behave than by what we claim.
